Trainees at Palm Beach Behavioral Health & Wellness work alongside experienced, independently licensed psychologists in an integrated outpatient setting. Our clinicians specialize in trauma, anxiety and OCD, autism spectrum disorder, executive function coaching, postpartum support, and more, giving trainees exposure to a broad range of presenting concerns and treatment approaches.
Each program is structured around core competencies in assessment, intervention, supervision, and professional conduct. Trainees carry a supervised caseload that blends individual, family, and group therapy with psychological and psycho-educational testing, and they participate in weekly case conferences, didactic seminars, and group supervision.
We build each cohort intentionally. Cohorts are small enough that trainees receive direct mentorship from senior clinicians, and large enough to foster peer consultation and collaborative learning. Applicants from APA-accredited programs with strong interest in evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration are encouraged to reach out.
