Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Sarah Barr provides in-person and virtual individual and family therapy services for children and adolescents. She holds certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and delivers virtual PCIT services to families with children ages two through seven. She also conducts psychological assessments with children and adolescents addressing a range of presenting concerns.
Dr. Barr employs an integrative approach blending attachment and family systems theory to tailor support that meets each person's unique needs. She believes therapy is an interactive process built on trust, authenticity, and sincerity, and her objective is to provide clients a nonjudgmental environment to explore emotions and develop new perspectives about themselves, others, and their world.
Dr. Barr earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and completed her master's and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University. She obtained her PCIT certification in 2024.
