Diagnostic

The Diagnostic Clinic at Palm Beach Behavioral Health and Wellness provides specialized evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to determine psychological or psycho-educational functioning. Most clients find the testing interesting, as information is collected through many means, such as interviews, questionnaires, computerized testing, behavioral observation, and problem-solving tasks.

At the Diagnostic Clinic an individualized testing plan is designed by the specialist based on the unique needs of the person and reason for assessment. The assessment, scoring, interpretation, and write-up are completed within 2 weeks of testing. Parents or adults will receive feedback of testing results in the form of a face-to-face one-hour session. Feedback may also be provided to school or appropriate others when requested.

The final comprehensive written report, detailing the results of the assessment and recommendations for further action, will be released during the feedback session.
